Bonnie’s last summer workshop will run July 29 – 29 in New York City and will focus on Embodying Form and Flow. Drawing on her ongoing research into embryological development, movement development and the embodiment of our body systems, tissues and cells, she will weave the two complementary forces of form (continuously creating the form of who we are) and flow (resting in the flow in our lives) to find the ease of being who we are.
